Repro: 1. Try to auto equip an already-equipped weapon (chrome revolver, when already holding one) 2. Equip second one to proper slot 3. "Die" 4. Get sent to the map (??) with a bunch of queue errors in the log. 5. You are alive actually? Even when entering a new map tile. Really strange! Attached is both the logs & also the save of the living character.
