Player is cursed when a water ritualed follower is killed by that follower’s own follower

I had a dragonfly follower who summoned a feral lah, which produced seed pods, which exploded near the dragonfly, killing them. Since ultimately that seed pod was my follower, the kill was attributed to me, and since I was water-bonded to the dragonfly, I suffered the consequences.

However, this could be considered unintended, since I didn’t kill the dragonfly, rather they got themselves killed by their own summoned plant’s offspring. This is definitely a grey area — I’m interested to see what you’ll decide to do.
