regeneration limb regrow chance way too high

hello y'all here to make another issue report and today i would like to complain about regeneration: 10%level chance to regrow a limb per turn? way too high! it should be like 1 or 2level% per turn to regrow a limb. i get that being able to survive decapitation at mutation level 10 is kind of cool but lets be real the only time you are using that limb regrowing tech is outside of battle so i argue we nerf the best mutation in the game because lets just say we dont need any hydras running around
