<Ashe-No-Longer, Legendary Seeker> Stingers attack as any other offhand would (i.e. influenced by dual wield skills), and appear to only apply their venom 20% of the time regardless of when they damage your opponent. The description appears to say otherwise: that the stinger should only attack 20% of the time, but when it does, the venom should apply (20% chance on melee attack to sting your opponent, Stinger applies venom on damage)
