Fatal save error after using temporal fugue

So, the timeline of events leading up to this: 1. Running from qudzu symbiotes and snapjaws 2. Remember I have temporal fugue, use it (using shortcuts a > e, if that matters) 3. go offscreen to the northern tile while sprinting 4. ???????? error?????

attached is the log. sorry if the milestone is wrong i don't really know what 'fatal error when saving' would fall under!
