update: when i look at my quest log, it looks like the tomb quest has failed to properly complete. all steps are checked off except for “ascend the tomb and cross into brightsheol.” manually completing the quest via questdebug makes barathrum’s dialogue advance to his proper standard greeting starting point of his tree
