Add a directional compass for a chosen journal location

Very Skyrim-like but I would find it handy when marking a known journal location, to have another command that activates a sort of compass to this location. That would make overland travel more practical, without having to occasionally check world map or try to line up to the location. The current wind flavor texts could even be used for this purpose, like some kind of “follow the smoke”
