It inherits the colors of the topmost object.

This is it occurring with a Chromeling standing on a switch.

I’m not sure what would cause the exact colors seen in the screenshot (normality gas, maybe, but that wouldn’t make sense in a Stilt tent) but it seems this issue is broader. That, or the issue is that it had this coloring without anything under it—but from the report alone, there’s no reason to think that.
