Have a way to be warned when equipped items are/become unpowered

Same milestone but probably irrelevant to this suggestion: would be cool if there also was an option to highlight in some way newly picked up items My head is waaay up in the clouds so I most often that not remember wwhat items most recently picked, especially with playing with this mod that displays current zone items and permits to walk to their location and pick up: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2600583668.
