<Ashe-No-Longer, Legendary Seeker> MissilePerformance's PenetrationModifier won't work when combined with Vorpal attribute weapons (as in, it doesn't provide any bonus and PV functions as it would with the modifier). Mostly for the sake of modding but will also affect relic linear cannons that are assigned it as a basic bestowal by RelicGenerator.

I got around to testing this and it works, but still displays as just the vibro sign without any + to it.
