<a nonsense bird> I've got Temporal Fugue as a true kin from a sultan relic + one additional level from a relic with "your own personal relics" mod. Any time one of my fugue clones die, they drop their entire inventory, which doesn't disappear as it ought to. (I do have a lot of mods enabled; apologies if this ends up unhelpful)

Occurs for me only when they disappear and aren’t killed prematurely. They also drop limbs when dismembered.
