Expected behavior I imagine is that after completing the quest, the dialogue to [Complete Quest] no longer appears

Steps to reproduce:
a) Complete Tau's quest including the [Complete Quest Step] dialogue with Dyvvrach via the "I've reunited Tau with her chime" dialogue option. The quest will be removed from the log and grant the appropriate XP.
b) Talk to Dyvvrach again, and the "I've reunited Tau with her chime" dialogue option will still be present
c) Select that option, and it proceeds to the [Complete Quest Step] dialogue option. Selecting this will not restart or advance any quest.||
