<Yursen> On the current beta, all relics that grant a mutation do not give you the active ability to use the mutation. The mutation appears on the character sheet and if the ability can be used outside of the active ability it will still work. Like using electrical discharge to charge items but no active ability is given to use it like normal. This is also true for recipes that grant abilities seems anything that grants mutations other than by direct level up do not give you the active ability of the mutation.
