enable modern UI elements changes the main menu screen

to enable most of the new UI features, you have to have the “enable modern UI elements” setting toggled on. however, i believe the main menu screen that this adds is actually from a far older version. this screen has some added utility, like the ability to publish mods to the workshop, but lacks the q to quit option of the other menu. it would be a good addition to have the swapping between these two menus as a separate toggle, rather than bundling it with the new UI additions.
