Changed resolution and display now has many problems, can't revert back

After the new update I tried changing the resolution and now my display has 2 major issues:

1) The frame got narrower and everything is much smaller - not game breaking but unpleasant.

2) After every couple of screen presses the display completely breaks down and shows ASCII characters instead of tiles. This goes away with another screen press but makes the game unplayable. (I've attached before and after examples)

I just want to revert back to how it was before I tried to change the resolution!

Hi I raised this issue - wanted to add that this was on a Macbook Pro. And also that I am completely unable to play the game anymore. It was working completely fine until I tried to change the resolution.

You have the debug influence maps options turned on, turn off all your debug options.
