linear cannons cannot sweep

tested on the latest stable with no mods, using a linear cannon will result in one shot being fired, and then 4 “the linear cannon has no more ammo” messages being printed in the message log. it does this regardless of how many lead slugs are remaining in the player’s inventory, and reloads properly once the sweep is finished. i understand weapons not reloading energy cells if they run out, in the case of sweep, but the lead slugs sharing this behavior makes it so this skill does effectively nothing for the linear cannon. would appreciate it being looked at!
