Controls no longer work in Moon Stair update

With the most recent update, controls on the two computers I use have ceased working.

First, on the Mac I'm using while away from home, the numpad is no longer recognized as a numpad. The keys all show up as normal numbers. Reverting to the previous full release fixes the problem.

Second, and the bigger issue for me--I don't have a numpad on my pc at home, so I use the inter/delete/home/end/pgup/pgdwn keys for diagonal and 3d movement. However, since the moon stair update, these keys don't work for interactions. I cannot, for example, speak to someone by hitting the talk key and then pgup to speak to someone to the northeast. I have to put them directly east of me, and then hit the right arrow key. Once again, reverting to the last major release fixes this.

Any help would be appreciated, and I'm happy to give more details is required. I've marked the issue as major simply because it heavily debilitates my ability to play. Thank you.
