this is the magnetic pulsed effect, should it not be applied to the magnets themselves (they’re probably applyijng it to each other in this case)

Big problem here is that the 1-round charge time is not actually working (see when PulseCharging gets incremented).

Let’s implement the charge time and add a message for when it starts charging (throw it back to me when done and I’ll edit)
