Consequences for transforming Amaranthine Prism with pure warm static?

Currently, you can pour undiluted warm static onto the Amaranthine Prism to transform it into another item.

It is possible that you would consider this to be a bug, but I think it should be allowed but have severe consequences - like equipping it during precognition but 10 times worse. Not sure what that should look like, but that should make a certain someone ANGRY.
