<lamb (lorbed)> the wish stage4 doesn't act as though the player has braved the depths of golgotha, as all doors in grit gate will be locked, and the barathrumites will speak to the player with their uninitiated dialogues.
it seems to add the "A Canticle for Barathrum" quest when used, but completing this quest does not grant the player access to grit gate, as the wish does not grant the player a copy of the necessary disk. it also does not grant the player the quest that requires them to enter bethesda susa, despite the wish physically transporting the player there.
