Consistency issues with multiple Joppah n-pointed asterisks

Bug: Multiple Joppah n-pointed asterisks (retrieved from cryoclones) do not stack. However, if you drop an asterisk while keeping one in your inventory, and pick up the asterisk you dropped again, its effects stack. This can lead to millions of quickness. These two behaviors are inconsistent with each other.

Reproduce: Have a stack of Joppah asterisks in your inventory. Two is sufficient. Drop one. Pick it up again. Repeat 10 times. Drink 10 phials of sunslag, and observe quickness increase.
