No power station in Rusted Archway

The Rusted Archway is guaranteed to spawn with a Gate on the bottom floor. Gates are accompanied by power stations in the same zone so you may deploy wire between them. On Friday you pushed an update changing the Gate in the Rusted Archway so that it "consistently builds with an electrical power grid rather than a hydraulic system."

On my most recent run there's no power station in the Rusted Archway? Perhaps the game knows it's not supposed to spawn a hydraulic system, so instead it just doesn't generate anything?

it isn’t doing “generate power infrastructure but stop if it’s hydraulic”, it’s doing “do an alternate power infrastructure build that only does electric”

in laboriously loading up a dozen games and checking the bottom of the archway in each, i haven’t found any that didn’t have a power station

i can’t promise that yours isn’t buried in a wall somewhere or obliterated by some weird level build behavior or destroyed by fighting nearby but it really really looks like they’re being built
