Overloaded Nav / Co-processor Psychodyne Helmets break very often when turned off

Overloaded Nav / Co-processor Psychodyne Helmets are breaking more often even while turned off than one would expect with just Nav and or Co-processor running. Maybe the constant power draw from the mods is using the overall break rate as if the activated ability was also enabled?

Suggestion: It took me a while to figure out why this is happening because its unintuitive - I’d have expected turning off the helmet to stop power draw entirely, stopping breakage or benefits from any of the mods, as well.
