Recipe that requires dried lah pedal to be consumed for activation is broken

I don't know if this is all recipes, just the love + dried lah pedal to allow me to beguile. I noticed that when I attempt to consume the dried lah pedal and then select my target, the dried lah pedal is instead not consumed and while the text 'Ogles you lovingly' indeed pops up, they are not actually beguiled and it has no effect.
