[Linux/SteamPlay] move up and down keybindings broken after feb.4 release

Hi

My previous keybinding for "move up" and "move down" are not working anymore. I had the classic shift+< and shift+> setup for them. Now I cant even rebind the "<", pressing it in the rebinding menu does not get recognized as a keypress at all. Move up and move down are supposedly mapped to "oemComma" and "shift + oemcomma", as they were before IIRC. I'd like to have the classic setup back to normal if possible.

I'm running a regular Xubuntu18 installation and playing the SteamPlay version.

This must be something related to the "Fixed several issues with MacOS and non-English keyboard layouts." on the changelog.
