Agility damage?

My characters agility at level 12 is 11, when I started the game my agility was 18.

I have no idea how it was lowered? Some enemy attack?

I do have photsynthetic skin and have spent a lot of time wilted, so I wondered if being wilted lowers agility temporarily and it became permanent?

Random asides: Some other wierd stuff did happen... a rocket turret builder appeared in the stilt, totally hostile, and destroyed the southwest quadrant. I did have a single mod installed, which seems to have self-disabled (due to a bug?) before this game.

You were attacked by an agility stat sap probably, which drained your agility permanently.
