Using an entropic cyst as a weapon applies dilute rather than pure warm static

Equipping an entropic cyst as a melee weapon and having it shatter on an enemy seems to work as if pouring dilute warm static on them, even though the contents of the container are pure. Same goes for using an entropic cyst as a thrown weapon.

Furthermore, an entropic cyst thrown that misses should do the effect of pouring pure warm static on whatever that hits, be it a wall, creature, item, or just the ground, not just creating a dilute puddle.
