Items below $0.5 can be taken in trades for free

I noticed that rounding has changed for trades, to round to the closest dram, instead of always rounding against the player. This means items below $0.5 round down and can be taken for free, e.g. most ammo and some food.

I suggest keeping the new rounding method, but just making purchases below $1 round up to S1.
