EatenAccomplishment fires even if eating fails

I’m not sure if it’s because Food’s InventoryActionEvent returns true even though it fails, or because EatenAccomplishment checks for InventoryActionEvent and not OnEat, but it will add an entry in your journal even if you can’t bring yourself to eat the item.

Fix has regressed, I just got a journal entry for attempting to eat Girsh Rermadon's face even though I wasn't hungry enough.
