Right now it looks like the only way to extend/alter relic generation is to Harmony patch it which largely requires duplicating a lot of logic. Something like AfterRelicGeneration, AfterBasicBestowal, and AfterElementalBestowal events would go a long way

that said, I'm not entirely sure how it would work since you'd have to attach a part to the object to listen to those events and RelicGenerator is invoked statically.I guess one could modify the base
Item
object to have the part, that's not too outlandish
