Drinking warm static glitches some mutations

When your genome gets rerolled by drrinking warm static,

1. if you’re in the middle of a precognition vision and you lose precognition, you can’t rewind
2. if you’re flying and you lose wings, you can’t stop flying – not even if you go underground; you can’t fumble a swoop, etc.
3. weird things happen with freeze/flame ray – my hands currently say “flaming icy vapor” and I have flame ray, not freeze ray
