Post is:

1. get dilute static from moon stair
2. go to the desert, get desalination pellets
3. pour dilute warm static on the desert ground in 6 drams per tile
4. wait for water to evaporate
5. collect pure salty static
6. desalinate to get pure static
7. drink for free skill/mutations on mutant. Could also be used to farm skill points on true kin.

I believe sludges use the same dilute tactics for rare liquid spit too, so that might be something to check (I don’t remember whether it’s also soupy by default or not).
