<Lucy, Friend to Fungi> I'm going to assume this is intended behavior as a way of circumventing duplication, BUT:

When using temporal fugue, cybernetics that are held (in a hand or thrown slot) are (on the temporal clone) instead equipped as though they are installed. If the fugue clone would drop a corpse, it is butcherable and the player will attempt to salvage the cybernetics. It seems to always fail.

The only part of this that might need adjusting is that the fugue clones seem to benefit from the installed cybernetic. So a temporal clone of someone holding motorized treads gains the 150MS (and other bonuses)
