[#bugs] Gained breathe fire by cooking and it shows up as ? *PooledObject on face body part

Cooked with wild rice, fermented yondercane, and bear meat resulting in breathe fire lvl 10, and automatic teleport when health goes under 20%. It unequipped my mirrorshades and shows ? *PooledObject equipped on the face, where ? is in the image location. It also lets me re-equip stuff on the face slot, which I don’t remember if it should be possible or not. Breathe fire still works normally.
