[#bugs] Water ritual caused reputation to increase and decrease with the same faction

When initiating a water ritual, my reputation with the same faction both increased and decreased:

Because they admire Mayor Haddas, your reputation with insects increased by 100 to -480.

Because they despite Mayor Haddas, your reputation with insects decreased by 100 to -580.
