lag spike when mopango shoot

except a big lag every single time a Mopango charioter shoots (~0.5s for every entity that round), but that might be unrelated. I'll test further.

Edit edit: oh it can spike highe than 0.5s and it is not every shoot.. also seems to happen in 204.71, so it is unrelated to your change. Seems to happen when they use light manipulation.
