I have the option enabled that causes the mod manager to appear when I create a new game, because I like selecting my mods on a per-playthrough basis. When I attempt to hit escape to continue after selecting my mods, however, I instead get a prompt asking if I want to quit. Interestingly, this only occurs when modern UI elements are enabled.
(Excited for the new input system!)
