(Sifrah) "Visual inspection" icon missing

(I’m under the impression that bugs with Sifrah and other “mods” by Chaos should be reported here, since they’re technically in-game content that’s just being enabled, but if that’s incorrect, please let me know)

Version: 2.0.204.86

OS: Windows 10

Mods: Chaos’s mods, mainly, though a couple of my own mods were also enabled that should not have any effect here (a mod to add custom pregens, and a mod to add more history spice + give cloaks separate words from body equipment)

Steps to reproduce: With Sifrah enabled, attempt to inspect an artifact.

Expected outcome: The icons for the various options are displayed as usual.

What happens: Most icons display normally, but the icon for visual inspection is missing.

Notes: The player.log mentions that Items/sw_nightvision_mutation.bmp could not be found. Was it moved, removed, or renamed recently?
