Key-Map Actions "Move Up" and "Move Down" (Stairs/World Map) cease to work while customizing Key Map

Using the attached key-maps renders the “Move Up” and “Move Down“ unresponsive. Can’t get to the world map, and won't go down stairs.

I tried:

• Rebinding the Move Up and Move Down actions to different keys (for example t and g),
• Restarting the application multiple times.

I did not manually edit the key maps.
