Mouse controls for scroll do not work when transferring items to/from containers

Neither scroll wheel nor click and drag on scroll bar work. Arrow keys work as normal. Frustrating for scrolling through large inventories. Listed as accessibility instead of UI as issue may have non-trivial impact on physical health of disabled players' wrists.
