Can't complete find location quest in desert

Beta branch. Started in desert location. Given quest to find location 5-9 parasang west of swamp lair, out in desert. Found the location (a ruin, not a settlement) called Nailshan. It did not complete the find quest even though it showed as a ruin location in journal. Not Barumtite quest. Save file upon request (if you tell me where to find it I’m lazy)
