<samv123> Issue 8467 says it's been resolved and there is a note about it in the June 3rd 204.82 patch notes but the Narcolepsy defect still seems to be triggering when I am not in combat or anywhere near a hostile creature. Here in this screenshot from earlier today I was autoexploring in the waterlogged tunnel which had just walked me through the water to the southeast of the character and was heading in a northwest direction and the defect triggered with no hostile creatures visible anywhere in the near vicinity.

The dreadroot that I killed at the top of the message log was close to the down stairs in the lower right of the screen so I wouldn't think that the game would still consider that I was still in combat after walking that far from that spot. The wiki says that one of the advantages of this defect is that it only occurs in combat but that doesn't seem true.
