<Ashe-No-Longer, Legendary Seeker> Phylactery squires are preferring to equip their carbide long sword and steel shield in their hands, preventing the use of the phylactery. I had thought it had something to do with the WantsToUse section of the part, since it requires them to have greater than 22 intelligence to adjust the weapon score and they can spawn with 21 and 22, but even 23 intelligence squires equip the sword and shield over the phylactery.

Even forcibly equipping a 23 int squire with one doesn’t make them feel like activating it, but they’ll happily keep it equipped as their weapon.

Guycep: I had a trio of Anti-Yous re-equip to a phylactery from my inventory but not attempt to activate them. Might be that no mob is using them
