[Sifra][beta] Haggle no longer has a keybind

Version: 2.0.205.42 (new abilities screen beta)

OS: Windows 10

Input device: Keyboard + Mouse

Steps to reproduce: With Sifrah enabled, trade with a merchant.

Expected outcome: A key will be displayed to the left of the word Haggle, as with other options, and pressing it will allow the player to haggle.

What happens: The space next to the word Haggle is blank, and pressing the key formerly used for haggling (/) does nothing.
