[prerelease ui] Prioritize showing combat stats over current location

AV, DV, MA, MS, and QN are essential and should stay on the ui over the current location. This is the only way to view these stats. (unless you have a bioscanner, but)

A related suggestion by ivy: make place names also available in another location to avoid crowding out the combat stats

I updated the information hiding for the prerelease status bar it now hides things in this order:

• Your Character Name
• The Time and Day
• The Location
• The stats block
