nightvision goggles
ninefold boots
step sowers
3d cobblers
night-sight interpolators
precision nanon fingers
psychodyne helmet
ulnar stimulators
displacer bracelet
ontological anchor

NOT including:

hologram bracelet/tri-hologram bracelet (shared icon, shared hotkey)
force bracelet

it very much seems like the icon is what is checked for whether artifacts should share the same hotkey or not. Also, using the hotkey with more than one artifact equipped will only toggle one of them
