Bow and Rifle's Draw a Bead / Mark usability with Clairvoyance

If you have vision of a target past occlusions, you’re allowed to Mark it, but the Mark will immediately be removed as you “lost sight” of the target. This is pretty unintuitive; would it be possible to either modify it to allow “occluded” sight via Clairvoyance / Interpolators / etc., or disallow applying a mark through occlusion-piercing sight, if that functionality is desired?
