Not sure if intentional, but if so it's a pretty harsh slap to rifle builds, and not communicated well given the rest of missile combat doesn't end Sprint, but does suffer aim penalties by default.

Kah’s Loop does at least make the rocket-skating sniper build achievable, but it was pretty unexpected to see that one of the most synergistic ways of turning on Beacon Fire flat-out didn't work without a specific lategame optional relic.
