[beta] dreadroots broke

[eva problems]

they still generate, they show up as plants colored appropriately to their factional outlook when you hold alt for the info overlay, and can still be harvested if ripe, stepping on them says “you pass by a dreadroot”, but that’s it. they can’t be looked at, interacted with, attacked, they don’t show up in the nearby items overlay and they don’t seem to be activating their fear pulses.

they’ll show up if you wish “Dreadroot”, exactly, but “dreadroot” has given me lagroots and tangled mudroot walls when i try. not sure if that’s new behavior or not but it feels a bit concerning
