[beta] Wishes which require the player to select a direction act as if player pressed enter, if enter was used to submit wish

Steps to reproduce: Wish for something that will ask the player to select a direction, such as swap or explodingpalm, pressing enter to submit the wish

Expected outcome: The game will ask the player to select a direction for the wish, and wait for the player’s input

What happens: The prompt to select a direction appears for a split second then disappears, and the wish acts as if the player had pressed enter when prompted for a direction (swap does nothing, explodingpalm dismembers yourself, etc.)

Notes: The key repeat delay option does not seem to have any effect on this.

from eva on #9013, it works fine with mouse input, it’s the enter button causing the issue
